Who is ADOREYES®?
ADOREYES® is a Canadian beauty brand founded on the principle of empowering women by discovering their full natural potential. How do I apply ADOREYES® serums?
ADOREYES® Plus Lashes Serum: Apply serum to the base of the upper and/or bottom eyelashes using the applicator brush. The eye should be completely clean of any makeup. Apply once or twice daily.
ADOREYES® Plus Brows Serum: Apply using the doe-foot tip applicator along your natural brow line. The eyebrows should be completely clean of any makeup. Apply once or twice daily.
How often should I apply the serum to my lashes or brows?
Once a day is sufficient, but twice a day (morning and night) will provide better results. Let it dry completely before applying makeup or additional beauty products. Once you achieve the desired results, use the serum once a day to maintain the results.
What if I have sensitive eyes?
ADOREYES® formula is gentle and does not use any harsh ingredients or allergens. Some individuals may experience a warmth sensation that improves over time of usage. For highly sensitive eyes, we recommend usage every other day. Your results may take 2-4 extra weeks.
How long do I need to use the product to see results?
Everyone's results may vary based on factors like age, sex, health conditions and application frequency. You may also achieve different results due to genetics or taking medication that affects your hormonal system. Typically, most individuals start seeing first noticeable results within 4-6 weeks, and full results are achieved within 3 months.
How to achieve the best results when switching from another lash or brow serum brand?
In most cases, customers will notice improvements within a month. However, in some cases customers might require additional 2-4 weeks to achieve the results. Once the complete lash cycle (3 months) is accomplished, your customer will experience full results.
Will ADOREYES® serum change my eye colour or cause darkening of my eyelid?
No. We do not cause iris or eyelid discolouration. We are delivering the best-enhancing serums without prostaglandins, toxins or carcinogens.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Only prostaglandin analogue-based serums can change the colour of the iris or cause darkening of the eyelid where the serum is applied. Excessive application of the serum should not change your eyelid colour either. ADOREYES serum does not contain prostaglandin analogues.
How does ADOREYES® serum work and what are the active ingredients?

Is ADOREYES® serum safe to use on my lower lashes?
Yes. Apply a thin line of ADOREYES® serum directly to the base of your lower eyelashes using the applicator brush. The eye should be completely clean of any makeup. Avoid applying directly into the eye.
If I accidently applied the liquid directly into my eye, should I be concerned?
In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. A brief sensation of stinging may occur. If this persists, discontinue use until the issue resolves.
Can I use it on lash extensions, false lashes or after lash lift treatment?
Yes. The product is applied to the skin and not the lashes, so it does not interfere with the bond of the glue. Make sure to wait 48 hours after your refill, full-set or lash lift treatment to allow the glue to adhere well. ADOREYES® serum has a water-based formula, and it's safe to use with lash extensions, false lashes, and after lash lift treatment. In fact, use ADOREYES® serum will strengthen natural lashes and maintain your eyelash extensions retention.
I wear contact lenses. Can I use ADOREYES®?
ADOREYES® serum is safe and non-irritating, making it ideal for contact lens wearers as well.
Can I use the serum with permanent or semi-permanent makeup?
Yes. The use of ADOREYES® serum should not affect your permanent or semi-permanent makeup. However, if you have just recently finished getting your treatment, please make sure the area has completely healed before applying the serum.
Can I use ADOREYES® during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
While ADOREYES® serums contain no ingredients that have any known harmful effects on pregnant or nursing women, please consult a doctor before using.
Can I use ADOREYES® after I have done my chemotherapy treatments?
ADOREYES® can be used after completed chemotherapy treatments, and we are happy to bring a smile back with fast and outstanding results. As your skin becomes more sensitive after the treatment, it is essential to use a gentle lash or brow serum formula to avoid irritating the skin. We actively support Breast Cancer Awareness month and Breast Cancer Society in Canada with seasonal donations to cancer survivors.
What if I discontinue the use of ADOREYES® serum?
If you discontinue to use our ADOREYES® serum, your eyelashes and brows will gradually return to their original appearance.
How long will one tube of ADOREYES® serum last?
When applied as directed (twice a day), one tube of ADOREYES® serum (6 mL) will last approximately 3 months. The product can be used up to 6 months after opening.
Are ADOREYES® Cosmetics cruelty-free and vegan?
ADOREYES® formula and its ingredients are cruelty-free and do not involve animals testing. Our select products are also vegan friendly. We are PETA "Beauty Without Bunnies" certified cruelty-free.
Do ADOREYES® products contain parabens, sulfates or phthalates?
No. There are no parabens, sulfates or phthalates in any of our products, and never will be.
